Producing foam

2-2,5 percent diluted  foam agent with Foam machine gives foam under pressure of 2-4 bars. Appropriate ratio unit volume of foam tested as 80-90 grams / liters. Obtained foam mix with cement mortar.

Due active proteins and enzymes in the foam structure it provides good strength. compressive strength increase after curing of foamed concrete form. Fragile layer does not occur in the concrete surface.
